This gorgeous 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath DIRECT oceanfront home was designed and constructed with your family and friends in mind! There's plenty of room....to be exact, there's 3735 square feet of living space, 680 square feet of porches, 710 square feet of deck PLUS an striking main level elevated walk out pool and spa which overlooks the ocean. Our home comfortably homes 18 guests with plenty of huge living spaces. The uppermost level has 2 bedrooms (each with a king sized bed and private bath) with doors that open to the full deck and porches overlooking the ocean. There's also a enormous kitchen (with TWO fridges), dining room, open living room, and a powder room. There is plenty of seating for sizable groups! There is also a gas grille available for guests to use.
The downstairs main level has three additional king bedrooms - each with their own full bath. There is an additional bedroom on this level with has 3 sets of astounding bunk beds (this bedroom also has its own full bath). The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level. All four of the bedrooms on this level open up to a huge living room / game room with sizable sectional couch/TV, wet bar with microwave and ice maker, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, and a classic Pac Man arcade game. There is plenty here for hours of enjoyment when not at the beach! This level opens up to a large deck, porches, and elevated pool and spa overlooking the ocean.

This fee goes straight to the Fripp Island Resort for usage of resort amenities (golf, tennis, pools, eateries, etc) and is optional. Our home offers the best of both worlds. If you choose to purchase access to resort amenities during your stay, you can appreciate all of the fun and festivities that the resort offers. However if you prefer a more private experience, our home has everything you could ever need including a private pool and spa overlooking the ocean.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards.
