But you ask, 'what's Fripp Island like??' It's a pretty, pristine private resort sea island set up for peaceful, calming FAMILY vacations. At Fripp, the beaches are never busy and you can be certain your kids will have a great time. 3.5 miles long, the entire island is a wildlife sanctuary and has an abundance of birds, deer, dolphins, sea turtles & much more.
Our Tide Water Blue Bonito Drive Bungalow is located in the heart of Fripp Island's Ocean Creek neighborhood, which includes 4 swimming pools, the Cabana Club with the tropical-themed pool complex and Davis Appreciate's Ocean Creek golf course.
Take our 4 person complimentary golf cart to the beach, golf courses, tennis courts, marina and Veranda Beach pool complex, or just cruise around the island. No matter where you go, Ocean Creek has all the fun amenities for you and your family to savor during a peaceful, relaxing vacation.
The home sits on the 17th fairway of the Ocean Creek Golf Course. At one end of Bonito Drive is the beach, usable at all tides. The Marina is at the other end. We are about halfway between the beach and the Marina. Boat owners, bring your boat and have the Marina launch it. In the evenings, don't forget to relax on the rear master bedroom porch.
Turn on the ceiling fan, grab a seat, freshen up your drink of choice and watch the sun set over the marsh. This is why you decided to vacation on Fripp Quiet, relaxing low country beauty, all at your fingertips.
The home offers extras like wood floors, plantations shutters, a decorative fireplace and a jetted master tub. Don't forget, we provide you with a complimentary golf cart during your stay. It's our modest way of thanking you for selecting our bungalow for your vacation.
The enormous great room leads out onto a rear screened deck, with back yard access, overlooking the golf course, marsh and creek. The lower deck also has an outdoor dining table for 6....This is the ideal spot to appreciate a low country boil and admire all the deer that visit. The top of the golf course....just 40 steps from the home, is also the best spot to watch the sunset. It is our favorite.
The bedrooms are set up as a king master suite with a hottub bathtub, separate shower and TV, a queen bedroom(2nd Master) with a full bath and TV, 2 twin beds in bedroom 3 with TV. One roll away bed (which fits generously in either upstairs bedroom).
Our family has been visiting the island for more than 18 years. We have fallen in appreciate with Fripp & we are certain you will too!
YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES COMPLIMENTARY USE OF (1) four PERSON ELECTRIC GOLF CART(a $325 value) . We provide our guests with additional amenities worth over $320 when compared to renting through the Resort or from Fripp Island Excursions. All stays will have a $215 Cleaning Fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund is granted for a cancellation 90 days before arrival. A 2/3 refund is given for a cancellation between 60 and 90 days of arrival. A 1/3 refund is granted for cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival except during March through September, that is non returnable. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival at any time. However, if we can re-rent your rental period, all monies will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.

- Summer is high season in Fripp Island. To find the best value, shift your family's Beaufort, SC vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
- In the Beaufort, SC area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
