Wi-Fi and 5 roku TVs are ready for your logins to entertain on rainy days!

At the center of the main floor you can savor a huge open patio with comfortable seating area and gas grille, overlooking the 16th green of the Ocean Creek golf course and pond fountain.

The main indoor living area is comfortably appointed with roku-equipped TV, couches and washable throw blankets, and a variety of family friendly games.
This room opens into the kitchen which includes a gas stove, peaceful dishwasher, dual drip/k-cup coffee maker, crock pot, blender, electric griddle, spices, and cabinets well-supplied to prepare throughout your trip. There's also a separate pantry to help you keep things organized.

Your littles will appreciate eating at the 4-seat bar at the kitchen island while you can appreciate the 6-chair dining table, or head out to the impressive attached screened patio room to enjoy coffee or beverages.

The (1) primary suite (main floor) includes a king sized bed, closet and dresser for your use, TV with roku, and attached bath with double-head walk-in shower, separate enclosed toilet, freestanding tub, 2-sink counter, and separate vanity area.

Also on the main floor you'll find enclosed laundry room, with hampers, cleaning supplies, and iron.

Additional three bedrooms are upstairs and include (2) a bedroom (queen) with roku TV and en suite full bathroom at one end of hall.
At opposite end of hall are (3) a kids' 'bunk' room with 2 adjoining bunk beds (2 fulls/2 twins) and roku TV, and (4) a separate bedroom (queen) with roku TV and en suite full bathroom that also opens to hall for the kids to use.

Downstairs in the garage you'll find a variety of beach gear: (entirely outfitted at beginning of season--contents will vary!), sand toys & shell bags, a beach wagon, beach chairs, and six bicycles (3 adult and 3 kid sized) for you to enjoy on the island. We do our best to keep all items in good working order but exact garage items can vary due to use and salt air! A separate refrigerator/freezer in the garage is handy for storing drinks for your stay. 6-seat golf cart (leased through Beaufort carts) will be ready and waiting for you on arrival.

Tricks and tips to get the perfect Beaufort, SC vacation property experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Many management companies supply Beaufort, SC area visitors guide magazines that include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, SC visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Narrow your rental Search:

  • Select a group leader, choose your vacation dates, and choose a budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. New rental, center island, 6 seat golf cart included has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible online. Otherwise, email the property manager before reserving the home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to determine what is best for your group.
  • If there's an individual Beaufort, SC attraction you simply love, look for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .
  • Some properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the host about pets before booking.

During your stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Save the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Upon check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your home life. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to inspire more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
