Indulge in the comfort of the king-size bed in the master bedroom, accompanied by an ensuite featuring a handsome glass walk-in shower and ample vanity space. Updated tile work adds a touch of luxury to both the shower and floors. A second bedroom offers two full-sized beds, while an additional room provides two twin-sized beds, ideal for accommodating guests of all ages.

Inside, you'll find two dining options—a high-top table with ocean vistas for intimate meals and a kitchen table for bigger gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to fulfill your culinary dreams. Unwind on the comfortable patio with a glass of wine from the hanging wine rack, soaking in the plentiful vistas. The living area features two cozy couches, ideal for movie nights and creating lasting memories.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
