This comfortable home has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths all on one level. The master bedroom with great vistas has a king bed and a private bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with the second bath right outside the door. There is also a living room space that has a queen pull out couch with a 3rd bath that accommodates that living space. This home is very roomy and has plenty of space for family gatherings along with enough space for peaceful moments.
The sitting deck overlooks the marsh and there is a modest sitting area that offers a getaway amongst the palms and overhanging trees that feels like an island hideaway. Savor morning coffee, reading a book, afternoon tea or wine sunsets from either area. The gas grille is located on the bottom level near the garage. The garage has room to store any outdoor items you may want to bring so you don’t have to leave anything outside.
There is a 4 seat golf cart supplied which is the best way to take in the island. You are just a few mins.' ride to the beach, Marina, Springtide market, kayak rental, pools, eateries, tennis courts, golf courses and many other amenities.
