Sunset Villa is a handsome, 1-1/2 story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This mainly single-level home is ideal for families with young kids and grandparents who would prefer to avoid the typical stairways found on most other homes on Fripp.
Just a short walk or golf cart ride to the Atlantic Ocean, Beach Club, Island Bites, and Olympic or adult pools, this four-bedroom, three-bath home is ideal for guests who want all the luxuries of home in a resort environment. Features include professional-grade kitchen appliances, granite countertops throughout, a walk-in shower in the giant upstairs master bedroom en suite, a huge screened-in back porch, a Weber gas grille, high-speed wireless internet, and a Keurig coffee system. Traveling with little ones? No need to worry... the home is equipped with a pack-and-play, a high chair, and a play pen.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
